• Office of the Special Deputy Receiver (the OSD ) Request For Qualifications ( RFQ ): For Professional Legal Services.

  The Special Deputy is seeking to supplement and update the OSD s existing panel of qualified law firms available to render legal services on behalf of the OSD and the insurance receivership estates it helps to administer (the Receivership Estates ). The purpose of this RFQ is to invite submissions from qualified law firms ( Firms ), including Firms owned by minorities, women, LGBTQ, and persons with disabilities, interested in rendering legal services to the OSD and/or a Receivership Estate. When retained, Firms should be readily accessible to authorized representatives of the Special Deputy. All retentions are subject to a conflicts check at the time of engagement.
