On August 22, 2014, An Agreed Order of Liquidation with A Finding of Insolvency was entered against Concert Health Plan Insurance Company ( Concert Health ) by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois pursuant to the provisions of Article XIII of the Illinois Insurance Code, 215 ILCS 5/187 et seq. On November 17, 2015 the Supervising Court approved the Liquidator s recommendation that a one hundred percent (100%) dividend be declared on all Concert Health Plan Insurance Company s timely filed claims allowed and approved by the Court for distribution at statutory priority level (D) 215 ILCS 5/205(1)(d). |
